16 Emilio Vallina Boulevard; directing the
17 Department of Transportation to erect suitable
18 signs; providing an effective date.

20 Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

22 Section 1. Jerome A. Williams Memorial Highway
23 designated; markers.--
24 (1) That portion of U.S. Highway 17 from Crescent City
25 south to the Putnam/Volusia County boundary is designated as
26 the "Jerome A. Williams Memorial Highway."
27 (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to
28 erect suitable markers designating the "Jerome A. Williams
29 Memorial Highway."
30 Section 2. Mamie Langdale Memorial Bridge designated;
31 markers.--

1 (1) The new U.S. Highway 27 bridge in the City of
2 Moore Haven in Glades County is designated as "Mamie Langdale
3 Memorial Bridge."
4 (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to
5 erect suitable markers designating Mamie Langdale Memorial
6 Bridge as described in subsection (1).
7 Section 3. George Crady Bridge designated; markers.--
8 (1) The old Nassau Sound Bridge, bridge number 750055,
9 on State Road 105 in Nassau and Duval Counties is redesignated
10 as "George Crady Bridge."
11 (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to
12 erect suitable markers designating George Crady Bridge as
13 described in subsection (1).
14 Section 4. The J.C. Penney Memorial Boulevard
15 designated; markers.--
16 (1) The portion of S.R. 16 in the town of Penney Farms
17 between Ethelene Road on the west and Paso Fino Road on the
18 east is designated as "J.C. Penney Memorial Boulevard."
19 (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to
20 erect suitable markers designating J.C. Penney Memorial
21 Boulevard.
22 Section 5. The C. Fred and Marvin Arrington Bridge
23 designated; markers.--
24 (1) The C. Fred Arrington Bridge located on U.S. 27
25 between Tallahassee and Havana and crossing the Ochlockonee
26 River is designated as "C. Fred and Marvin Arrington Bridge."
27 (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to
28 erect suitable markers designating C. Fred and Marvin
29 Arrington Bridge as described in subsection (1).

7 (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to
8 erect suitable markers designating Deputy Renee Danell Azure
9 Memorial Highway as described in subsection (1).
10 Section 7. Rodolfo Garcia Memorial Avenue designated;
11 markers.--
12 (1) The portion of west S.R. 823 in Miami-Dade county
13 between west 76th Street and west 72nd Street is designated as
14 "Rodolfo Garcia Memorial Avenue."
15 (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to
16 erect suitable markers designating "Rodolfo Garcia Memorial
17 Avenue."
18 Section 8. Monsignor Bryan O. Walsh Boulevard
19 designated; markers.--
20 (1) Northeast 21st Street from Biscayne Boulevard to
21 Biscayne Bay in Miami is designated as "Monsignor Bryan O.
22 Walsh Boulevard."
23 (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to
24 erect suitable markers designating "Monsignor Bryan O. Walsh
25 Boulevard."
26 Section 9. Joe Celestin Boulevard designated;
27 markers.--
28 (1) Southwest 17th Avenue to Biscayne Boulevard along
29 N.W. 125th Street in Miami is designated "Joe Celestin
30 Boulevard."

5 (1) Flagler Street from 12th Avenue to 17th Avenue in
6 Miami is designated as "Father Emilio Vallina Boulevard."
7 (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to
8 erect suitable markers designating "Father Emilio Vallina
9 Boulevard."
10 Section 11. This act shall take effect upon becoming a
11 law.
