30 Section 1. Jerome A. Williams Memorial Highway
31 designated; markers.--

1 (1) That portion of U.S. Highway 17 from Crescent City
2 south to the Putnam/Volusia County boundary is designated as
3 the "Jerome A. Williams Memorial Highway."
4 (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to
5 erect suitable markers designating the "Jerome A. Williams
6 Memorial Highway."
7 Section 2. Mamie Langdale Memorial Bridge designated;
8 markers.--
9 (1) The new U.S. Highway 27 bridge in the City of
10 Moore Haven in Glades County is designated as "Mamie Langdale
11 Memorial Bridge."
12 (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to
13 erect suitable markers designating Mamie Langdale Memorial
14 Bridge as described in subsection (1).
15 Section 3. George Crady Bridge designated; markers.--
16 (1) The old Nassau Sound Bridge, bridge number 750055,
17 on State Road 105 in Nassau and Duval Counties is redesignated
18 as "George Crady Bridge."
19 (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to
20 erect suitable markers designating George Crady Bridge as
21 described in subsection (1).
22 Section 4. The J.C. Penney Memorial Boulevard
23 designated; markers.--
24 (1) The portion of S.R. 16 in the town of Penney Farms
25 between Ethelene Road on the west and Paso Fino Road on the
26 east is designated as "J.C. Penney Memorial Boulevard."
27 (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to
28 erect suitable markers designating J.C. Penney Memorial
29 Boulevard.
30 Section 5. The C. Fred and Marvin Arrington Bridge
31 designated; markers.--

2 between Tallahassee and Havana and crossing the Ochlockonee
3 River is designated as "C. Fred and Marvin Arrington Bridge."

6 Arrington Bridge as described in subsection (1).
7 Section 6. "Deputy Renee Danell Azure Memorial
8 Highway" designated; Department of Transportation to erect
9 suitable markers.--
10 (1) That portion of State Road 121 which lies within
11 Union County is designated as "Deputy Renee Danell Azure
12 Memorial Highway."
13 (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to
14 erect suitable markers designating Deputy Renee Danell Azure
15 Memorial Highway as described in subsection (1).
16 Section 7. Rodolfo Garcia Memorial Avenue designated;
17 markers.--
18 (1) The portion of west S.R. 823 in Miami-Dade county
19 between west 76th Street and west 72nd Street is designated as
20 "Rodolfo Garcia Memorial Avenue."
21 (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to
22 erect suitable markers designating "Rodolfo Garcia Memorial
23 Avenue."
24 Section 8. Monsignor Bryan O. Walsh Boulevard
25 designated; markers.--
26 (1) Northeast 21st Street from Biscayne Boulevard to
27 Biscayne Bay in Miami is designated as "Monsignor Bryan O.
28 Walsh Boulevard."
29 (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to
30 erect suitable markers designating "Monsignor Bryan O. Walsh
31 Boulevard."

21 erect suitable markers designating "Bill Seidle Boulevard."
22 Section 12. Private Robert M. McTureous, Jr.,
23 U.S.M.C., Medal of Honor Memorial Highway designated;
24 markers.--
25 (1) That portion of State Road 19 in Lake County from
26 the north end of Lake County to the intersection of State Road
27 19 and Highway 441 in Eustis is hereby designated as the
28 "Private Robert M. McTureous, Jr., U.S.M.C., Medal of Honor
29 Memorial Highway."
30 (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to
31 erect suitable markers designating the Private Robert M.
