13         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 
14         On page 50, between lines 15&16,

16  insert:  The following shall take all portions of the Florida
17  Comprehensive Assessment Test (FCAT), no later than June 1,
18  2004:
19         1. Each member of the Florida Senate;
20         2. Each member of the Florida House of Representatives;
21         3. Each member of the Florida Cabinet, as specified in
22  s. 4, Article IV of the State Constitution;
23         4. Each head of a "department," as defined in s.
24  20.03(4), Florida Statutes;
25         5. Each "Secretary" of a department, as defined in s.
26  20.03(5), Florida Statutes;
27         6. Each "Executive Director" of a department, as
28  defined in s. 20.03(6), Florida Statutes;
29         7. Each member of a "council" or "advisory council," as
30  defined in s. 20.03(7), Florida Statutes;
31         8. Each member of a "Commission," as defined in s.
