  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to government productivity;

  3         expressing the legislative intent to enact the

  4         Good Government Productivity and Efficiency Act

  5         of 2003; providing an effective date.

  7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  8

  9         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to enact the Good

10  Government Productivity and Efficiency Act of 2003.

11         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

12  law.
