1	A bill to be entitled
2	An act making appropriations; providing moneys for the
3	annual period beginning July 1, 2003, and ending June 30,
4	2004, to pay salaries, and other expenses, capital outlay
5	– buildings, and other improvements, and for other
6	specified purposes of the various agencies of State
7	government; providing an effective date.

9	Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

11	The moneys contained herein are appropriated from the named
12	funds for the 2003-2004 Fiscal Year to the State agency
13	indicated, as the amounts to be used to pay the salaries and
14	other operational expenditures of the named agencies, and are in
15	lieu of all moneys appropriated for these purposes in other
16	sections of the Florida Statutes.
