  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to the Department of Children

  3         and Family Services; expressing the legislative

  4         intent to transfer the Division of Mental

  5         Health within the department to the Department

  6         of Health; providing an effective date.

  8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  9

10         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to enact

11  legislation to transfer the Division of Mental Health within

12  the Department of Children and Family Services to the

13  Department of Health.

14         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

15  law.
