14	Amendment (with title amendment)
15	Between lines 1577 and 1588, insert:
16	Section 19. Notwithstanding any provision of this act or
17	any provision of the Florida Statutes relating to rates charged
18	by insurance companies on motor vehicle insurance policies, no
19	insurance company shall increase the rate for a motor vehicle
20	insurance policy issued or renewed to a person 65 years of age
21	or older if such person has a clean driving record. For purposes
22	of this section, a clean driving record means having no
23	accidents or claims within the immediately preceding 3 years.

26	Remove line(s) 107, and insert:
27	relating to such repeal; prohibiting insurance companies from
28	increasing motor vehicle insurance policy rates for certain
29	people under certain circumstances; providing an effective date.
