15	Remove line(s) 2529-2540, and insert:
16	(c)(b)As to reimbursement for a prescription medication,
17	the reimbursement amount for a prescription shall be the average
18	wholesale price times 0.861.2 plus $4.26$4.18for the
19	dispensing fee, except where the carrier has contracted for a
20	lower amount. Fees for pharmaceuticals and pharmaceutical
21	services shall be reimbursable at the applicable fee schedule
22	amount. Where the employer or carrier has contracted for such
23	services and the employee elects to obtain them through a
24	provider not a party to the contract, the carrier shall
25	reimburse at the schedule, negotiated, or contract price,
26	whichever is lower. No such contract shall rely on a provider
27	that is not reasonably accessible to the employee.
