11  Senator Posey moved the following amendment:

13         Senate Amendment 
14         Between lines 850 and 851,
15  
16  insert:  
17         (15)  Any corporate officer who is an affiliated person
18  of a person who is delinquent in paying a stop-work order and
19  penalty assessment order issued pursuant to s. 440.107, or
20  owed pursuant to a court order, is ineligible for an election
21  of exemption. The stop-work order and penalty assessment shall
22  be in effect against any such affiliated person. As used in
23  this subsection, the term "affiliated person" means:
24         1.  The spouse of such other person;
25         2.  Any person who directly or indirectly owns or
26  controls, or holds with the power to vote, 10 percent or more
27  of the outstanding voting securities of such other person;
28         3.  Any person who directly or indirectly owns 10
29  percent or more of the outstanding voting securities that are
30  directly or indirectly owned, controlled, or held with the
31  power to vote by such other person;

 1         4.  Any person or group of persons who directly or
 2  indirectly control, are controlled by, or are under common
 3  control with such other person;
 4         5.  Any person who directly or indirectly acquires all
 5  or substantially all of the other assets of such other person;
 6         6.  Any officer, director, trustee, partner, owner,
 7  manager, joint venturer, or employee of such other person or a
 8  person performing duties similar to persons in such positions;
 9  or
10         7.  Any person who has an officer, director, trustee,
11  partner, or joint venturer in common with such person.
