17 Section 41. The Department of Financial Services shall
18 contract, within existing resources, with an Integrative
19 Medical Management Provider to develop and implement an
20 Integrated Therapies Pilot Program for the calendar year 2004
21 to improve the quality of care and cost effectiveness of the
22 workers' compensation insurance program in the Tampa Bay and
23 Tallahassee service areas. The Integrated Medical Management
24 Model may utilize the best practices of conventional and
25 complimentary alternative medicine.
