15	Remove line(s) 3058-3083, and insert:
16	(b) Only a catastrophic injury as defined in s. 440.02
17	shall, in the absence of conclusive proof of a substantial
18	earning capacity, constitute permanent total disability. Only
19	claimants with catastrophic injuries are eligible for permanent
20	total benefits. In no other case may permanent total disability
21	be awarded. Such benefits shall be payable until the employee
22	reaches age 75.
