15	Remove line(s) 4652-4671, and insert:
16	(3) No contract or policy of insurance issued by a carrier
17	under this chapter shall expire or be canceled until at least 30
18	days have elapsed after a notice of cancellation or nonrenewal
19	has been sent to the department and to the employer in
20	accordance with the provisions of s. 440.185(7). For
21	cancellation due to nonpayment of premium, the insurer shall
22	give written notification to the employer at least 10 days prior
23	to the effective date of the cancellation.However, when
24	duplicate or dual coverage exists by reason of two different
25	carriers having issued policies of insurance to the same
26	employer securing the same liability, it shall be presumed that
27	only that policy with the later effective date shall be in force
28	and that the earlier policy terminated upon the effective date
29	of the latter. In the event that both policies carry the same
30	effective date, one of the policies may be canceled instanter
31	upon filing a notice of cancellation or nonrenewalwith the
32	department and serving a copy thereof upon the employer in such
33	manner as the department prescribes by rule. The department may
34	by rule prescribe the content of the notice of retroactive
35	cancellation and specify the time, place, and manner in which
36	the notice of cancellation is to be served. A carrier shall file
37	with the department, at least 30 days prior to the effective
38	date of cancellation or nonrenewal of the policy, a notice of
39	such cancellation or nonrenewal and, at least 10 days prior to
40	the effective date of cancellation for nonpayment of premium, a
41	notice of such cancellation in a format prescribed by department
42	rule.
