14	Substitute Amendment for Amendment (982341)
15	Remove line(s) 1882-1887, and insert:
16	no later than October 1, 1994. Medically necessary treatment,
17	care, and attendance does not include chiropractic services in
18	excess of 18 treatments or rendered 8 weeks beyond the date of
19	the initial chiropractic treatment, whichever comes first,
20	unless the carrier authorizes additional treatment or the
21	employee is catastrophically injured.
