Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: |
|

Section 1. Paragraph (b) of subsection (2) of section 4 of |
|
10
|
section 1 of chapter 2002-337, Laws of Florida, is amended to |
|
11
|
read: |
|

|
Section 4. District powers, functions, and duties.-- |
|
13
|
(2) The district is hereby authorized and empowered: |
|
14
|
(b) To adoptresolutions and policiesrules pursuant to |
|
15
|
chapter 120, Florida Statutes, asnecessary for implementation, |
|
16
|
regulation, and enforcement, consistent with the purposes of the |
|
17
|
district. |

|
Section 2. This act shall take effect upon becoming a law. |
