14	Amendment (with title amendment)
15	Between lines 47 and 48, insert:
16	Section 1. The Legislature finds that a complete review of
17	state agency service contracts with respect to equipment and
18	capital assets could produce immediate and long-term savings.
19	Section 2. The Department of Management Services shall
20	issue an invitation to negotiate pursuant to chapter 287,
21	Florida Statutes, by July 1, 2003, for purposes of establishing
22	a state term contract as defined in s. 287.012, Florida
23	Statutes, for a comprehensive review of state agency service
24	contracts for the periodic repair, preventative maintenance, or
25	enhancement of leased or owned equipment, including, but not
26	limited to, office equipment, office systems, and any other
27	capital assets.

31	An act relating to government; providing a legislative
32	finding; requiring the Department of Management Services
