  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to the Board of Accountancy;

  3         expressing the legislative intent to revise

  4         laws relating to the audit procedures of the

  5         Board of Accountancy; providing an effective

  6         date.

  8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  9  

10         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to revise laws

11  relating to the audit procedures of the Board of Accountancy.

12         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

13  law.
