16	2. The principals of the Financial Impact Estimating
17	Conference shall consist of the following nine members:
18	a. A designee of the Executive Office of the Governor.
19	b. A designee of the Chief Financial Officer.
20	c. The director of the Office of Economic and Demographic
21	Research.
22	d. A member of the professional staff of the Senate and a
23	member of the professional staff of the House of Representatives
24	who have appropriate expertise in the subject matter of the
25	initiative, or their designees.
26	e. The chairs of the economics departments of the four
27	state universities having the largest student enrollment, or
28	their designees.
