Remove line(s) 90-93, and insert: |
|

(3) In addition to any other fines, fees, or charges |
|
17
|
imposed, the department shall impose an additional $500 fee for |
|
18
|
reinstating and returning a license suspended pursuant to s. |
|
19
|
322. 2615, s. 322.2616, or s. 322.27 when, at the time of the |
|
20
|
suspension, the licensee was driving an uninsured vehicle |
|
21
|
pursuant to chapter 627, registered in whole or in part to the |
|
22
|
licensee.
|
|
23
|
(4) No driving privileges shall be reinstated until |
|
24
|
complete payment of the applicable fees under this section. |
|
25
|
(5) All moneys collected pursuant to this section shall be |
|
26
|
distributed in the manner provided in s. 318.1225.
|
