16 insert:
17 Section 1. Subsection (3) of section 287.095, Florida
18 Statutes, is amended to read:
19 287.095 Department of Corrections; prison industry
20 programs.--
21 (3) All products offered for purchase to a state
22 agency by the corporation organized under chapter 946 shall be
23 produced in majority part by inmate labor, except for products
24 not made by inmates which products are contractually allied to
25 products made by inmates which are offered by the corporation,
26 if provided the value of the products not made by inmates does
27 do not exceed 15 2 percent of the total sales of the
28 corporation to state agencies in any year.
