14 On page 8, between lines 17 and 18,

16 insert:
17 Section 4. If a federal court declares section 2156(b)
18 of chapter 54 of Title 7, United States Code, to be
19 unconstitutional, the amendments to sections 828.122, 933.02,
20 and 933.18, Florida Statutes, contained to this act are
21 repealed.
