18         (10)(8)  A description of any effort by the department
19  to reduce or otherwise close any investigation or disciplinary
20  proceeding not before the Division of Administrative Hearings
21  under chapter 120 or otherwise not completed within 1 year
22  after the initial filing of a complaint under this chapter.
23         (11)(9)  The status of the development and
24  implementation of rules providing for disciplinary guidelines
25  pursuant to s. 456.079.
