  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to state contracts for

  3         pharmaceuticals; expressing the legislative

  4         intent to enact legislation relating to state

  5         contracts for pharmaceuticals; providing an

  6         effective date.

  8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  9  

10         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to enact

11  legislation relating to state contracts for pharmaceuticals.

12         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

13  law.
