14 On page 5, between lines 29 and 30,

16 insert:
17 Section 6. Paragraph (mm) is added to subsection (4)
18 of section 320.08056, Florida Statutes, to read:
19 320.08056 Specialty license plates.--
20 (4) The following license plate annual use fees shall
21 be collected for the appropriate specialty license plates:
22 (mm) Fish Florida license plate, $22.
23 Section 7. Subsection (39) is added to section
24 320.08058, Florida Statutes, to read:
25 320.08058 Specialty license plates.--
26 (39) "FISH FLORIDA" LICENSE PLATES.--
27 (a) The department shall develop a Fish Florida
28 license plate as provided in this section. The word "Florida"
29 must appear at the top of the plate, and the words "Fish
30 Florida!" must appear at the bottom of the plate.
31 (b) The annual use fees shall be distributed to the

1 Florida Foundation for Responsible Angling, Inc., to fund
2 aquatic education; marine resource stewardship, and ethical
3 angling practices in this state. A maximum of 15 percent of
4 the funds received by the foundation may be used for
5 administrative costs directly associated with the foundation's
6 grant distribution program and license plate funding. A
7 maximum of 10 percent of the funds may be used for continuing
8 promotion and marketing of the license plate. The foundation
9 shall provide for a peer review grant solicitation and award
10 process to distribute the remainder of the funds to benefit
11 aquatic education, marine resource stewardship, and ethical
12 angling practices in this state.
