14 On page 1, between lines 12 and 13 ,

16 insert:
17 Section 1. Paragraph (mm) is added to subsection (4)
18 of section 320.08056, Florida Statutes, to read:
19 320.08056 Specialty license plates.--
20 (4) The following license plate annual use fees shall
21 be collected for the appropriate specialty license plates:
22 (mm) Military Services license plate, $15.
23 Section 2. Subsection (39) is added to section
24 320.08058, Florida Statutes, to read:
25 320.08058 Specialty license plates.--
26 (39) MILITARY SERVICES LICENSE PLATES.--
27 (a) The department shall develop a series of military
28 services license plates for the United States Army, Navy, Air
29 Force, and Coast Guard as provided in this section. The word
30 "Florida" must appear at the top of the plate, and the word
31 "Army," "Navy," "Air Force," or "Coast Guard" must appear at

1 the bottom of the plate. The appropriate logo for the
2 particular branch of the military must appear on the left side
3 of the plate, approximately 3 inches in diameter.
4 (b) The annual use fees shall be deposited into the
5 State Homes for Veterans Trust Fund and must be used solely to
6 construct, operate, and maintain domiciliary and nursing homes
7 for veterans, subject to the requirements of chapter 216.

21 plates;
