  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to public records; expressing

  3         the legislative intent to enact legislation

  4         exempting the information contained in the

  5         putative father registry from public

  6         disclosure; providing an effective date.

  8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  9  

10         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to enact

11  legislation to exempt the information contained in the

12  putative father registry from public disclosure, with certain

13  exceptions.

14         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

15  law.
