  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to the Department of the

  3         Lottery; expressing the legislative intent to

  4         enact legislation relating to the Department of

  5         the Lottery; providing an effective date.

  7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  8  

  9         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to enact

10  legislation relating to the Department of the Lottery.

11         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

12  law.
