13         Senate Amendment 
14         On page 3, lines 15-22, delete those lines
15  
16  and insert:  
17         (1)  Each certified educator is responsible for
18  notifying the Bureau of Educator Certification of a change of
19  address. A certified educator or applicant for certification
20  who is employed by a district school board must notify his or
21  her employing school district of a change of address in
22  writing within 10 days after the change has occurred. The
23  employing district school board must notify the bureau of the
24  change of address, in the manner prescribed by the Department
25  of Education, within 20 days after the district school board
26  receives such notification.
