  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to specialty contractors;

  3         providing for the regulation of certain

  4         specialty contractors who do not work

  5         statewide; providing an effective date.

  7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  8  

  9         Section 1.  Specialty contractors who do not work

10  statewide and whose work is limited to signs are subject only

11  to regulation under sections 489.105(3)(q) and 489.117,

12  Florida Statutes.

13         Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2003.
