19	Section 2. Contingent upon HB 1895, providing a public
20	records exemption for trade secrets for credit scoring
21	methodologies and related data and information which are
22	required to be filed with the Office of Insurance Regulation,
23	becoming a law, this act shall take effect January 1, 2004, and
24	shall apply to policies issued or renewed on or after that date.
