  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to the high-speed rail program;

  3         expressing the legislative intent to propose an

  4         amendment to the State Constitution relating to

  5         the high-speed rail program; providing an

  6         effective date.

  8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  9  

10         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to propose an

11  amendment to the State Constitution relating to the high-speed

12  rail program.

13         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

14  law.
