  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to education; declaring the

  3         intent of the Legislature to enact legislation

  4         relating to the Bright Futures Scholarship

  5         Program; providing an effective date.

  7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  8  

  9         Section 1.  It is the intent of the Legislature to

10  enact legislation relating to the Bright Futures Scholarship

11  Program.

12         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

13  law.
