11  Senator Cowin moved the following amendment:

13         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 
14         On page 16, lines 13-20, delete those lines
15  
16  and insert:  
17         (b)  The winnings of any player in a single round,
18  hand, or game may not exceed $10 in value. The fee charged by
19  the cardroom for participation in the game shall not be
20  included in the calculation of the limitation on the pot size
21  provided in this paragraph. However, if approved by a majority
22  vote of the electorate, the cardroom operators in that county
23  may limit the amount wagered in any game or series of games,
24  but the maximum bet may not exceed $2 in value. There may not
25  be more than three raises in any round of betting. The fee
26  charged by the cardroom for participation in the game may not
27  be included in the calculation of the limitation on the bet
28  amount provided in this paragraph.
