11 Senator Cowin moved the following amendment:

14 On page 16, lines 13-20, delete those lines
15
16 and insert:
17 (b) The winnings of any player in a single round,
18 hand, or game may not exceed $10 in value. The fee charged by
19 the cardroom for participation in the game shall not be
20 included in the calculation of the limitation on the pot size
21 provided in this paragraph. However, if approved by a majority
22 vote of the county commission, the cardroom operators in that
23 county may limit the amount wagered in any game or series of
24 games, but the maximum bet may not exceed $2 in value. There
25 may not be more than three raises in any round of betting. The
26 fee charged by the cardroom for participation in the game may
27 not be included in the calculation of the limitation on the
28 bet amount provided in this paragraph.
