14         Senate Amendment 
15         On page 16, line 30, through page 17, line 2, delete
16  those lines
17  
18  and insert:  
19         (8)  This section shall take effect July 1, 2004, and
20  is repealed effective January 1, 2006. However, the repeal of
21  this section shall not affect a claim filed on or before
22  December 31, 2005. The effective dates of this section prevail
23  over any conflicting effective dates for this section
24  contained in any other provision of law.
