11  Senator Pruitt moved the following amendment:

13         Senate Amendment 
14         On page 3, lines 3-7, delete those lines
15  
16  and insert:  
17         8.  Make recommendations to the direct-support
18  organization for the use of funds received specifically for
19  the purpose of promoting physical fitness and nutrition.
20         9.  Provide an annual report to the Governor, the
21  President of the Senate, the Speaker of the House of
22  Representatives, the Office of Tourism, Trade, and Economic
23  Development, and the direct-support organization which
24  includes recommendations for the furtherance of the physical
25  fitness of the people of this state.
