13 Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
14 On page 2, after line 31,

16 insert:
17 Section 2. Subsection (2) of section 514.033, Florida
18 Statutes, is amended to read:
19 514.033 Creation of fee schedules authorized.--
20 (2) The fee schedule shall be: for original
21 construction or development plan approval, not less than $275
22 and not more than $500; for modification of original
23 construction, not less than $100 and not more than $150; for
24 an initial operating permit, not less than $125 and not more
25 than $250; for inspection of portable pools used as public
26 pools for scuba diving instruction or exhibition, not less
27 than $200 or more than $500; and for review of variance
28 applications, not less than $240 and not more than $400. The
29 department shall assess the minimum fees provided in this
30 subsection until a fee schedule is promulgated by rule of the
31 department.
