11  Senator Peaden moved the following amendment:

13         Senate Amendment 
14         On page 28, lines 15 through 23, delete those lines
15  
16  and insert:  behavioral health care in all areas of the state.
17  The plan shall include provisions which ensure that children
18  and families receiving foster care and other related services
19  are appropriately served and that these services assist the
20  community based care lead agencies in meeting the goals and
21  outcomes of the child welfare system. The plan will be
22  developed with the participation of community based lead
23  agencies, community alliances, sheriffs and community
24  providers serving dependent children.
