14         On page 1, lines 24 through 26, delete those lines

16  and insert:  within 24 hours after any traffic fatality or
17  when the law enforcement agency initiates action pursuant to
18  s. 316.1933;

22  And the title is amended as follows:
23         On page 1, lines 6-8, delete those lines

25  and insert:
26         or when a law enforcement agency initiates
27         action to obtain a blood test for impairment in

29         providing an effective date.
