13 Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
14 On page 2, between lines 12 and 13,

16 insert:
17 Section 2. Subsection (2) of section 322.20, Florida
18 Statutes, is amended to read:
19 322.20 Records of the department; fees; destruction of
20 records.--
21 (2) The department shall also maintain a record of all
22 crash reports, abstracts of court records of convictions, and
23 notices of revocation or suspension of a person's driver's
24 license or driving privilege. Records of convictions of a
25 person holding a foreign license shall be maintained by the
26 department if the uniform traffic citation indicates an
27 address located in this state.
