14 On page 8, between lines 25 and 26,

16 insert:
17 (d) Life skills services.--Life skills services may
18 include, but are not limited to, training in independent
19 living skills, educational support, employment training, and
20 counseling. The specific services to be provided to a young
21 adult shall be determined using an independent life kills
22 assessment.
