13         Senate Amendment 
14         On page 7, line 28, through
15            page 8, line 2, delete those lines
16  
17  and insert:  
18         4.  A young adult who is eligible to receive a
19  Road-to-Independence Act Scholarship may, in lieu of the
20  scholarship award, request to receive independent living
21  services including case management in a foster home or
22  residential group care placement. The costs shall not exceed
23  the scholarship award.
