14 On page 26, between lines 23 and 24,

16 insert:
17 Section 11. Subsection (2) of section 559.935, Florida
18 Statutes, is amended to read:
19 559.935 Exemptions.--
20 (2) Sections 559.928, 559.929, 559.9295, 559.931, and
21 559.932, 559.933(7), and 559.9335(5) shall not apply to:
22 (a) Sellers of travel directly issuing airline tickets
23 who have contracted with the Airlines Reporting Corporation
24 for the most recent consecutive 3 years or more under the same
25 ownership and control and who do not offer vacation
26 certificates; or
27 (b) Sellers of travel offering vacation certificates
28 who have contracted with the Airlines Reporting Corporation
29 for the most recent consecutive 5 years or more under the same
30 ownership and control.
