13         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 
14         On page 8, lines 5-10, delete those lines
15  
16  and insert:  
17         (6)  Enterprise Florida, Inc., shall coordinate with
18  local and regional economic development organizations to
19  facilitate a statewide entrepreneurship strategy to stimulate
20  the growth of start-up businesses and technology innovations
21  in this state. This strategy should include, but need not be
22  limited to, technology transfer coordination, university
23  linkages, entrepreneurial networks and training, and start-up
24  capital access, including the formation and growth of
25  individual and business networks that may be willing to invest
26  in start-up businesses in this state.
