14 On page 4, line 27,

16 insert:
17 (5) To effectuate the purpose of this section, support
18 for additional water-related law enforcement activities shall
19 include, but is not limited to, the purchase of 25 new vessels
20 and supporting equipment. Vessels purchased under this section
21 must be obtained from in-state vendors approved by the General
22 Services Administration. Such vendors must provide products
23 from manufacturers who currently market commercial duty
24 vessels to state or federal agencies.
