14         Senate Amendment 
15         On page 5, between lines 12 and 13,

17  insert:  
18         Section 5.  From the $2.5 million in marina fuel tax
19  revenue transferred to the Marine Resources Conservation Trust
20  Fund within the Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission
21  under the provisions of this bill, 10 additional sworn law
22  enforcement FTEs are authorized and $1.8 million is
23  appropriated to fund equipment, training, expense and 5 months
24  of salaries and benefits beginning in fiscal year 2003-2004,
25  and $700,000 is appropriated to fund the activities specified
26  in s. 370.0603(4), F.S.
