14 On page 99, between lines 23 and 24,

16 insert:
17 Section 49. Paragraph (b) of subsection (1) of section
18 338.2216, Florida Statutes, is amended to read:
19 338.2216 Florida Turnpike Enterprise; powers and
20 authority.--

22 (b) It is the express intention of this part that The
23 Florida Turnpike Enterprise is be authorized to plan, develop,
24 own, purchase, lease, or otherwise acquire, demolish,
25 construct, improve, relocate, equip, repair, maintain,
26 operate, and manage the Florida Turnpike System; to expend
27 funds to publicize, advertise, and promote the advantages of
28 using the turnpike system and its facilities; and to
29 cooperate, coordinate, partner, and contract with other
30 entities, public and private, to accomplish these purposes.
