13         Senate Amendment 
14         On page 7, lines 27-31, delete those lines
15  
16  and insert:  
17         (c)  For the 2002-2003 fiscal year only and
18  notwithstanding the other provisions of this subsection, for
19  Class C travel, a state traveler shall not be reimbursed on a
20  per diem basis nor shall a traveler receive subsistence
21  allowance.  This paragraph expires July 1, 2003.
