14 On page 6, between lines 13 and 14,

16 insert:
17 Section 5. It is the intent of the Legislature that
18 any additional funds arising from the provisions of this act
19 be used to increase the base student allocation contained in
20 the Florida Education Finance Program for fiscal year
21 2003-2004. If the General Appropriations Act does not address
22 the increased funding in the State School Trust Fund in
23 accordance with the provisions of this act, the Department of
24 Education is hereby authorized to submit a budget amendment to
25 make the necessary adjustments.
