22	amending s. 285.16, F.S.; exempting existing reservations of the
23	Miccosukee Indian Tribe of Florida from a provision of law
24	authorizing the State of Florida to take jurisdiction of civil
25	matters on Indian reservations in the state; providing that the
26	state shall retain jurisdiction over certain civil causes of
27	action; providing an effective date.
