  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to information and indictments;

  3         repealing s. 923.903, F.S., relating to the

  4         form of indictment and information; providing

  5         an effective date.

  7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  8  

  9         Section 1.  Section 923.03, Florida Statutes, is

10  repealed.

11         Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2003.
